We left our home on February 16 and although the weather has not been the best, we have enjoyed our trip so far and met lots of nice people. We do look forward to the remaining 13.000 km of cycling.

Before we started cycling we nurtured the idea of taking a break from our cycling trip and go to Sweden during the Eastern vacation. We have now decided to do that and we will fly home tomorrow (29 March) and return to Bucharest on April 9, when we start the long ride towards Bangkok.

During these 9 days our bikes will be safely parked at our Thai friendʼs house in Bucharest while we will meet friends and relatives who we wonʼt see for a year.

When in Sweden, we will write some summaries, and add pictures and other material on this blog so please check it regularly.
